Playgroups
Playdates can be a lifesaver for any mom, but throw multiples in the mix and playdates are practically a necessity.  SJMOMs can help you set up playdates or even regular playgroups with other member moms of kids around the same age.  It’s a great opportunity to share parenting tips and have some much-needed adult conversation.
Monthly General Meetings
Each monthly meeting focuses around a topics important to MOMs and families.  In addition, we have fun activities such as BINGO, Vendor Sale (Nov), Annual Holiday Party (Dec), Sweetheart Auction (Feb) and Installation Dinner (July). Suggestions for these topics are always welcome.

Convention
Annually the 14 NJ Multiples Clubs host a state-wide convention, that offers seminars and events for MOMs.  Best of all, a chance for a MOMs only weekend to recharge and relax!!
Meals for New Parents or Life Events
Another great service that the Club provides is a great meal for new parentsor members experience life events (i.e surgery, death of a loved one, hospitalization). We know how hard it is to find time to sleep or eat when you have newbors or life changing events. We try to make it a little bit easier by delivering a delicious, nutritious and ready-to-eat meal to your home.
Bed Rest Mommies Program
We offer special support for mothers on bed rest. Some ways we can help are by chatting with them on the phone, bringing them a meal, helping watch their children or visiting them.
Preemie Clothing Closet

Twins and higher order multiples are generally at a higher risk of being born prematurely and at a lower birth weight. Fortunately, with the help of new technologies, preemies do very well and grow quickly. Small babies require preemie clothes, although they rapidly grow out of them. These clothes can be hard to find and expensive. The Club provides our members with free access to our Preemie Clothes Closet.

The clothes are donated by Club members. Some are new, some are gently used. This is how it works: once your children are born, let the Preemie Closet Coordinator know the genders of your babies and setup a pickup time. Once you are done using the clothes, arrange for a drop-off of the clean clothes. We also accept and appreciate any preemie clothes donations.

We look forward to welcoming you to the SJMOMS as a new member.
